If you're not using the same test type and brand it's possible that the first test you took was more sensitive and that explains the positive followed by negatives.

If you are using the same test type and brand then it's possible that your urine was a lot more concentrated when you got your positive and it's been a little too diluted since to give a positive.

It's also possible that you got a false positive test. It's rare but it can happen.

And, of course, it's possible that you had a chemical pregnancy.

If it is a false positive or chemical pregnancy I'd expect your period to start soon. I've had 4 chemical pregnancies and my period has always started within 48 hours of my tests going negative again.

I don't want to worry you or anything but: during a successful pregnancy hCG should double *at least* every 72 hours but ideally every 48 or less. If you got a real positive on Tuesday it *should* be darker and more obvious by now if it is a successful pregnancy.

Oh, I forgot another reason for positive tests followed by negative tests. *If* you did a trigger shot you can get positive tests while the trigger is still lingering in your system. Then when you body finally cleared the last of the trigger the tests will be negative again.

Still no period.......
