Why would I get a faint positive and then negative the next day?
I'm not really trying to conceive
According to the votes here my pregnancy test on Tuesday was positive.
Why then would I be getting negatives?
I mean I think I see faint lines but then I'm in doubt.
Still having the nausea, lightheaded, bloats gassy, excessive sweating....

If you're not using the same test type and brand it's possible that the first test you took was more sensitive and that explains the positive followed by negatives.
If you are using the same test type and brand then it's possible that your urine was a lot more concentrated when you got your positive and it's been a little too diluted since to give a positive.
It's also possible that you got a false positive test. It's rare but it can happen.
And, of course, it's possible that you had a chemical pregnancy.
If it is a false positive or chemical pregnancy I'd expect your period to start soon. I've had 4 chemical pregnancies and my period has always started within 48 hours of my tests going negative again.
I don't want to worry you or anything but: during a successful pregnancy hCG should double *at least* every 72 hours but ideally every 48 or less. If you got a real positive on Tuesday it *should* be darker and more obvious by now if it is a successful pregnancy.
