Anyone been sick with fever runny nose sore throat and gotten a BFP??

Been sick 7dpo and it only lasted 24 hours sore throat and runny nose just wondering if anyone had gotten a positive I heard other women say that had gotten sick and ended up being pregnant?

Yes, at 6dpo I got a UTI, a fever, a runny nose, a head ache, and just felt sick. I tested a light positive 3 days later.
