Question

After your BFP, how did you manage any worries about CP and MC? Trying not to stress but failing

I received my first BFP EVER yesterday at 12DPO. I received another positive this morning at 13DPO. But I'm wishing I would have waited until my missed period because now of course I'm terrified that I'll still get it and have gotten so excited for nothing. Also, I'm just a huge worry wort in general and tend to think in terms of worse case scenarios. I'd love any tips and tricks you used to calm your nerves, relax and just enjoy your pregnancy.

Thanks in advance!

Hope you're still doing well! I am a worry wort too, and it's tough to not worry about your newly discovered passenger. I just found out I am pregnant with my second child and I thought this time it would be different - that I wouldn't be so worried about a MC all the time, that I could just relax and enjoy it. Well - not the case. I think as moms this is just the beginning of our worry about our children... The best thing I have found is to tell myself everyday - "today I am pregnant. Today I am going to enjoy every part of that." Take it one day at a time! It's a blessing either way!!
