BFP with Frer in the evening test. BFN w/ Emu frer the next day. Could I still be preg? 12 dpo

I had gotten a BFP yesterday evening ... I took another one a couple hours later and seemed questionable, it was there but it was so faint it could have been just an ident line. So I took one with emu .. Last urine was midnight and did it at 4:30 am... Definitely a bfn ... Is it possible I test better in the afternoon?
