My DH and I used it for 3 months. They aren't unpleasant, but are big, so if you don't like taking tablets it's not a great option. Laterally, we found out my DH has oligospermia, 1.7 per million/ml with motility issues too. His second test showed practically the same result. Even having taken Pregnacare conception and losing 2.5 stone, so for is it didn't have the desired effect. But that's not to say it doesn't work. Hope this helps?
