Too soon to start trying again?

I have a 12 year old and a 9 month old. Hubby and i decided to start trying again because some of us aren't getting any younger! lol Im a little nervous about doing it again so soon, after all, i waited 12 years between #1 and #2! Do any of you have kids this close together? What was your experience?

Mine are only 14 months apart, was scared at first, and the first year was a little bit of a challange, but I would do it all over again, they are best friends ( 2 girls). I trying for #3 and a little nervous, since my older ones are 14 and 12.
