PCOS, 2nd round of Femara, low progesterone

Ladies, I have PCOS and have been trying to conceive since early December 2015. I did my first round of Femara in June, got my positive ovulation on July 4th, and 7 days later my progesterone level was 14. We did not conceive that month. This cycle, doc doubled my dose of Femara, I ovulated on July 31st, and yesterday my progesterone level was 10....lower than with half the dose of Femara. Has this ever happened to anyone and they ended up pregnant that cycle? I'm 9DPO and have been quite symptomatic. Please help and maybe make me feel better.
