Af late used opks

Hello ladies just after some advice my AF 3 days late. I've had two bfn one on fmu on the day af was due and one last night. I use opk and got my positive when I usually do and my cycle is usually 28 to 29 days I am CD 3. Ive been feeling nauseous and having cramps which sometimes feel like a tighening. Any advice girls?
