Am I pregnant?

19dpo I usually have a 15-17 day LP. Taken 4 pregnancy tests and all neg. I have sore nipples and right pelvic cramos on and off, tired, and just came down with a cold yesterday. Thinking about going to the doctor on Monday which would make me 22dpo. My mom never got a positive with any of the four children she had and the third child she was 6 weeks along before she got a positive. Opinions?
