Ovary pain after sneezing??

I swear I'm not looking for symptoms. After yesterday I just brushed off everything thinking it wasn't my month. However, I sneezed this afternoon and it literally doubled me over with pain in my ovaries. This never happens. It's felt "tight" in the area but like I said I'd brushed off anything I'd been feeling the last couple of days. Anyone have this happen? I'm only 5-6dpo.
