Irregular menstruation / breast discharges

my period are irregular it can come in one month and in the next two month i wont see it again and comes again after another two month.

When you say breast discharge are you having some milk or milk type substance discharging from your breasts? If so, especially paired with irregular cycles, you could have high prolactin. You may want to discuss this with your doctor and ask to have your hormone levels check, specially prolactin.
