What could we expect for fertility treatment?

Hi there, we have been ttc 14months. DH had SA and the results we not in our favor, I have a child from a previous marriage, I have had Pos ovulation each month since ttc, I am curious to what the doctor may suggest for us for treatment. Just some background we have completely changed our lifestyle before ttc neither drink DH takes all recommended vitamins to boost is Sperm, we are active and fit. Any one out there with the same problem?

If the issue is with your husband (his SA was not good and you already have a child), then it's likely you'll be recommended ICSI. That's what happened to us.

Depends on a lot. Is the problem sperm count, motility, or morphology? Or a combination? Or something else entirely? Different issues can lead to different approaches. For example, IUI or IVF or donor sperm or a combination.
