Can i be pregnant?

My cycle was july 10th an it only lasted 2 days was light, my periods are usually pretty normal flow an on time. I did go to the doctors telling them whats going on an they said its too early for a pregnancy test but they did a uti test and that was positive i dont have the symptoms anymore but still pee alot an i mean alot so just wondering if i could be or not?
