Am I pregnant? Miscarried. Someone help !!

I wrote on here earlier today abit what's been goin on. Bit of an update. Really confusing what's goin on. I've done a few tests different brands and different mIU levels. Some have come back with very faint lines. I had a bit of spotting about 2 weeks ago and nothing since. Been feeling really tired emotional. Sorry to say this but my boobs have been feeling fuller. Slight cramps nothing major. Been feeling a little sick but not actually been sick. Feeling bloated. 5 days late. But today I've gone out shopping using the toilet quiet a lot. About the 3rd time I had another bit of spotting. And now nothing again. Also had a really bad cramp feeling that lasted about a minute. What would you girls think that's goin on. I can't go to the doctors till Monday and that's if I get an appointment. Really impatient just need some advice thanks girls
