Need advice please girls :-)

Im 1 week after finishing my period today and i noticed a jelly clear discharge kinda strechy aswel and alot of it when i wipe like a good few globs tmi , this is my first month off the pill so kinda new to al this and wanna no does this mean im ovulating, im on cd12 on my period calender and that says im in my fertile time. I had sex last nyt and noticed this discharge this mrnin and its not sperm jus incase ya tot tat. Ha
