Is it promising?

So my cervix has been High for 11 days now, at first it was high and soft and then it turned firm and stayed high. Any ideas what that could mean lol i started Af on sept 29, and it was low and firm,then the next day it was medium, then the 3rd day of AF was high,then went to medium , then low for 2 days. then the last day of AF (oct,5) my CP was medium,then Oct 6 it was high and soft and it's been high ever since. Kinda excited just don't want to get my hopes up . Does it sound Promising? :D
