Do I ovulate the day of peak fertility or the second day of peak fertility?
Hi. I had a peak reading on my monitor on cd 19 . I also had a peak on cd 20 . Would ovulation be the second peak day? I had a slight temp rise on cd 20 then a steeper rise on cd 21 and today cd 22 it went up even higher.. Can someone offer any advice?

It could be either day, I've had both. What was ur cm doing during these days? When I had issues like that, I followed my cm for it. Mine always loses its fertility shortly after I O. Sometimes u O the day of ur first peak, but if it's later in the evening or night, ur progesterone hasn't had a chance to rise enough to alter temps by much, and u only get a slight rise. The slight rise doesn't necessarily mean u did O then tho, that could just be a normal shift..that's why u pay attention to cm also, sometimes it's the deciding factor til temps cooperate.
If ur still unsure, go with the second peak as ur O day and just make a mental note that things may be off by a day so ur bfp or af may be a bit sooner/later.

My cm yesterday was creamy and today it's creamy.. Wednesday it was watery still and I had a super blazing positive opk and peak on my digital.. Cd 19 peak was 97.14 then cd 20 was 97.35 and cd 21 was 97.50 and today it was 98.15.. I don't know if that helps or not?
