Have i miscarried or is this ectopic or normal

I've had several positive preg tests as well as a low positive blood test I should be 9+3 weeks by lmp but 6+3 from implantion.. Had an internal uterine scan today but showed no baby or sac but hcg levels are rising very slowly the doctors are very confused is it something i should be concerned about ????

By 9 weeks you should be able to see the baby in the sac. Sounds like a missed miscarriage. I had one a few years ago. I had to have a D&C because my numbers kept rising slowly but no baby in the sac. Hope this is not the case for you, praying.

Thank you i have had blood tests on Monday this week an they came back as 102 and had to have more bloods results available Monday more scans an tests to follow my pregnancy tests are getting darker but should see a sac at 6 weeks atleaar but nothing visable at all :(
