When should I test again?

I am on CD30/28 no AF at all not even brown sporting which I get 5 days props to full flow. I have endo so dr says its normal. So I tested to day with first respond and got a negative I'm thinking I'm not pregnant cause I have no symptoms of either one. My cervixs is very high and not hard at all. The only thing I feel is a little naseaus after eating and then my stomach starts hurting. I'm not constipated at all I had diarrhea also 3x over the weekend. Sorry to much TMI but I'm stressed with this baby making.. Should I even test again or what should I do?
