I am confused?? Sorry................TMI

Hi,
I have a 5 year old son and my husband and I are trying for baby #2
I am having these symptoms but i don't want to read too much into it:

*well i had light pink spotting on the 16th July 2016
*I had light brown spotting on the 17th and 18th so i thought AF was on her way and then nothing.
*on the 19th i noticed i had to keep changing my underwear due to a lot of watery cm that made me think AF came but nothing
* today is the 25th and i have lower back pain, my boobs are achy as well as under my arms and I have a sore throat.

What do you all think?
