Pain of right lower abdomen

My significant other and I have been BDing regularly (every other day) since aunt flo went away. I'm on my 14th CD and I had a positive opk yesterday and today. Today I am having pretty intense cramps on my right lower abdomen only. Should I be worried?

On my O day I usually have a pretty bad pain about where my ovary is. Either lower right or left side depending on which ovary will be releasing an egg that month. I would not be worried. Read up on it, I forget how to spell it but the actual name for it starts with an M.
