Someone please help two positive tests now bleeding

Hi wondering if anyone can help me because I m going out of my head Thursday Friday I had two faint positive tests started spitting brown Saturday getting abit more heavier now bit more red but nothing near my normal period so I know somethings wrong since yesterday I have been having an awful pain in my left lower ab and left lower back I ve took a test this morning and looks negative could anyone tell me what could be happening please
