I am 9DPO today, I have been experiencing the cramps on and off. I worry myself so much that its just AF preparing to come. I O'd on the 16th. I am extremely tired although last night trying to sleep was a serious struggle. My face, neck, and shoulders have broken out like I am 16 again :( I am peeing 4-5 times a night and have already peed 4 times in 4 hours. Took a hpt this morning and BFN, although I know its too soon. I have a twinging pain in my lower left side today and lower back aches. SOOO super worried again that its just AF coming.

I'm currently experiencing the EXACT same thing. AF due on the 29th. 12 DPO. 3 days of lower, left abdomen cramping/pain. My face is breaking out worse than it has in a long time. I had some unexplained headaches this month, a spell of my ears ringing so badly I couldn't hear, some dizziness. This is only our 3rd month of trying, so it's all pretty new to me. The past 2 months I thought I MAYBE was having symptoms and then was disappointed when AF arrived. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but also trying to be optimistic. It's a struggle.
