Crazy thirst - pregnancy or diabetes?

Hi. Ovulation around cd 19, so around 14dpo today. No period yet, no signs of it comming. Have few simptoms, but I "have" them every month. What stands out - already about 5 days I have crazy thirst, nothing can kill it, mouth is dry, tongue sticking, like in a damn desert. Sore throat in the mornings. I have PKS and am overweight. Should I be worried for diabetes, or it might be early pregnancy sign? So far cheapies don't show second line. Thanks.
