8 dpo! ANSWERS ASAP!

I've got to say that I have asked this question multiple times in the past few days. I just want to get as many opinions as I can before I take a pregnancy test/go to the doctor! So please, if you've experienced this or know anyone who has, don't hesitate to answer! Please give as much details as possible and any links that could help. Over the past couple of days (around October 11th or so) since I have been experiencing mild cramping (it's more irritating than anything else) as well as an increase in temperature. My normal body temperature is 98.7 and it's risen to 99.5. Also my nipples have been EXTREMELY sore. Even the running water of the shower hurts excruciatingly bad. I had a dull headache that's been going on as well, but that's finally stopped. Implantaion w/ no bleeding? Also, thick, white CM. It's only an occassional clump of it in my undies TMI SORRY. Other than that only visible when I put my finger in my vagina; again, TMI. Sorry. Thanks for all and any feedback.
