My second baby is a clomid/soy iso baby, and this one is a soy only baby. Iso's don't work for everyone but it's def something to consider. They've always helped me, whether it be regulating cycles, moving my O to a more convenient day or getting me pregnant, I have nothing bad to say about them. =))

Yep! It sure is!

I grew up eating anything that ran across the road! Lol, so, when I entered into adulthood at age 19 I began to study about how my diet was causing me such bad cramps.

When I went into my ovulation cycle, boy 'o boy, I had such horrible cramps. I would get sooo hott that I'd almost pass out!

I began reading books on healthy eating, so I changed my diet and cut way back on my sugar intake. I started eating a lot of fresh fruits and drinking juices instead of soda's. My body started changing and I stopped having such bad cramps.

As I got older, I began taking herbs to strengthen my body, especially my uterus. I was getting my body ready for conception for when I wanted to start having babies. By the time I got married and started having children, it was a breeze!

oops! almost forgot to tell you though, that before I began my herbal regimen, I miscarried my very first pregnancy and that really motivated me to make the change. Hope this helps~

I took vitex (natural herb) and got pregnant after less than 1 month of taking it. I have to mention that I have also made changes to my lifestyle and diet. Nothing drastic. Just exercising and eating clean.
