Did I have a miscarriage? Fibroids growing back? Just and early period? HELP...

I ttc in June.. Exactly around the time of implantation I began to feel really sick like I was coming down with the flu.. Chills, headache and cramping.. It passed after 1 1/2 days...I got my period on time as usually with no extra bleeding etc..

After my period I began feeling even weirder... Dull cramps, breast ache, gas in my back and arms.. It felt even worse at night..

My period is due on Tuesday and I noticed spotting when I went to the bathroom (similar to the implantation bleeding I had pre-misscarrage last year. My cycle is almost always 31-33 days.. Today is day 27..

I know you can't have a miscarriage after you've already had your period... So what's really going on.. I had my fibriods taken out in Dec and this was my first month trying- maybe they're growing back? Any ideas?
