I had a full degree temp drop at 5 dpi yesterday, and cramping all day. Implant?

My temp went back up this morning. And when I conceived my daughter, I felt the implantation twinge on exactly the same cycle day as my temp drop and cramping this cycle. Does anyone know anything about these phenomena?

I'm on the same boat as you. Had a temp drop of 0.7 degrees today. I have been feeling mild cramping and a weird pull around my belly button. But I don't know if it's AF on its way or what, it's so frustrating!! Hope someone can help you out.
