1 day late

Im a day late but tests are negative on cheap pound shop sticks i hae got af pains could this just be a late period , ive got sore boobs headache sicky feeling and aches and pains in legs also had a stabbing pain in my right hip yesterday which only lasted 5 seconds but was sharp , what could all this mean and baby dust to all
