Varying cycle, 3 days delayed, negative test

Hi all - I have a cycle that varies from 30 - 34 days. I am now 33 days from my the start of my previous cycle and AF not here yet. We just started TTC by the way. I have been having strange pain in the lower right side and sometime left side of my stomach / abdomen - not exactly cramps but some pain. Ongoing mild discharge but no spotting for past 4-5 days. But I took two tests but negative. Is this common, any advice?
