Some women don't start getting breast pain until they are 6 weeks pregnant, but some women can get it the day after ovulation even when they aren't pregnant. It basically just signifies that your progesterone and/or estrogen are elevated. It doesn't actually have anything to do with the pregnancy hormone HCG at first.

Mine usually hurt shortly after O, depending on how many and which supplements/drugs I took that cycle. It all stops a few days before af or a bfp (for me). I've never had sore boobs when pregnant, at any stage. For me, soreness/pain tends to happen after I deliver and my milk comes in. It's different for everyone tho, I def wouldn't focus too much on symptoms (or lack thereof).
Good luck! =))
