Clear discharge

I have been having a lot of basic pregnancy symptoms fatigue tender breasts nausua etc. But I've taken 3 tests all negative it's been about 2 months since my last actual period about 3 weeks ago it was brown then red for only 2 days. This morning I woke up thought I started my period but it was clear fluid.. I don't know when I should test again along with this fluid I have some mild cramping could I be pregnant? When should I test again?
