Scared women

So ive asked a few questions and had answers i am taking evening primrose but stopped on opk + but ive been having stomach cramps with head ache its ment to be 4dpo but didnt o till day 18 in my cycle so id say 2dpo anyway me and my partner where bding and as we stopped i had a bright red watery blood it wasnt a lot and now theres nothing it didnt even last seconds i still have stomach ache and head ache im scared it was really red
