What is going on?? Am I pregnant or ?

So my cycle varies from 28-31 days and today being cycle day 30, I woke up and was fine then about an hour after I had horrible cramps, a little worse than I usually do, so I put a panty liner on expecting my period to start, then after about 15 mins those cramps went away and I've had a dull ache in my lower abdomen all day, and when I sit down to go pee it feel full down there, but no bleeding yet, but it feels like I'm wet down there. & I do have unprotected sex with my fiancé but I don't wanna test until about a week after my missed period, due to other disappointing tests for almost 7 months.

What could possibly be happening? I've never had this before
