My question is all about implantation bleeding

Hi I have a question implantation bleeding or spotting I started to spot on June 25th very light none on the pad just when I wipe and it lasted through June 26th to June 27th on and off and it's not close to my menstrual cycle yet my menstrual cycle date is July 3rd and it was stop come on and off and stop I have some pinching spasms in my right ovary in my thigh it only comes when I sleep or lay down my calendar said I ovulated on the June 18th is this implantation bleeding it is bright red on and off I will only have to change my pad twice a day feel very bloated I have not ate nothing all day and still bloated feel like pressure and the lower abdominal
