Am I pregnant??

So I have very iregular periods, some range from 35 to 45 days apart so I have no idea when I ovulate, this month has been completely different for me with symptoms, I've been supper bloated and cramping on and off, vivid dreams and very moody, I usually do not get pms symptoms, I had my period on May 26th and it lasted for about 6 days, so it would be weird that I'm getting all theses symptoms when I shouldn't be due for my period for another week or two, I tested and it came up negative but some time later I looked at it and it had a second line pop up! I just don't know what to think with this cycle, do u think I'm pregnant?
