Tubal ligation eptopic pregnancy odd cycle etc any help? Thank u all.

Hi all. I had a tubal ligation done back in august 2015 during my c section. My periods have since been every 28 days lasting 5 days an changing pad atleast 5 times a day ( which is heavy for me) my last cycle was 23rd may lasring 5 days but lighter . only needing maybe 2 pads a day but still heavy enough to class as a period an not spotting. I then had brown discharge an bad cramps on the 1st june then I had brown discharge on the 11th 12th 13th. The app put my next period date the 19th june well that's been an gone and on the 23rd june I went the bathroom and had a clear glob of mucus with a pea sized amout of light pink and nothing since. I took a test this morning and was negative. I dnt write down when I have sex as obviously Im not trying. My only symptoms are sdizzyness when I get up to quick but Im full of cold .
Has anybody had a eptopic as this is what worries me. Cnt get a dr until Friday.
