I got a + ovulation test on the 21st I use clearblue digital it was solid smiley and 2 other kinds of test was + I had cramping on the 24th so do I start 1 dpo on the 22nd or 25th thanks

I would go with the 22nd as O day and 23rd as 1dpo. It's all just a guessing game if ur not temping.
