No symptoms during 2ww? Possible to get BFP?

Hey! Im wondering if it is possible to have no symptoms during the 2WW? Me and DH have been TTC for 5 months now and hoping that we could finally get a BFP. I am 10dpo and during the 1WW i had few symptoms like flu, cramps right in the middle of my abdomen and my breast were slightly sore. But after 7dpo, i dont feel anything at all! Isit still possible that i could get a BFP? Does anyone have the same or almost the same symptoms has me? Im only planning to test end of next week!

Can def be positive! I had symptoms like crazy one month and it was negative. Another no symptoms and now I'm almost 7 months preggers. Didn't have syptoms until I was like a month and a had 2 months preggers.
