Nervous... What are your thoughts?

My usual cycle is 26-28 days.
Last cycle was 26 days long but I spotted for 2 days prior and a flow only for 1 day with spotting for another 2 days after.

I chart (but haven't been dedicated to it this month as I'm finding it very stressful) and I either ovulated on day 15 or day 17 of this cycle. My LP is 10/11 days.

Today I'm on cycle day 30 - no sign of af, I've had mild cramping off and on for the past 5 days or so, my nipples started getting slightly tender today, and my temp dropped (expected AF 4 days ago)

What's going on? My temp dropped well below coverline to where I would normally either spot or start a flow the very same day... it's been 4 days and absolutely no sign.

My temps have been hovering around 97.0F and my coverline is 97.3F

Can I be pregnant with temps below coverline at 13-15dpo?
