LMP don't match measures of gestational sac. Help please?
Hello everyone, i'm really really worried and im trying not to stress about it. My lmp was May 9th, i was using opk and taking vitex. Started vitex on May 5th. I got my positive opk on May 23rd and also had ovulation cramping that day. I had a positive pregnancy test on june 4th. I went for an early scan due to miscarriage in the past, i would have been 5 weeks and 6 days but nurse said the gestational sac measures 5 weeks 1 day and there was a yolk sac but no fetal pole. My hcg levels were over 16,000 that day. I also dont have much symptoms, i am tired, i get nipple sensitive here and there, no appetite, get little cramping/pulling/pinching in abdominal, and headaches every other day. Has this happen to anyone and they turn out to have healthy babies??? Any positive feedback would be lovely.

Positive OPK on May 23rd means ovulation up to 48 hours later, so May 24th or 25th, this makes two days less than you did calculate. And the ultrasound is never 100% accurate. Here in France, the doctor always write under the ultrasounds results that the reliability vary from 2 days minus to 2 days plus. So there can be 4 days difference between your dates and the nurse's ones.
For my third pregnancy, I had an ultrasound done at 6 weeks 6 days, no fetal heartbeat, and the sac measured 6 weeks 4 days. Next ultrasound a week later : heartbeat , and new measures , 8 weeks! So my baby never had the same age, once he was too small, once a little bigger than expected... At the 12 weeks ultrasound, he was 11 weeks 6 days.
You just have to wait a little. Don't worry, your HCG levels are good and you have a lot of symptoms ( I didn't feel anything!!!).
