Bleeding heavily but hcg level on slow rise?

Hi I got a positive Dr confirmed BFP on Monday June 13th and early sat the 18th I started bleeding first it was hit and miss than Monday the 20th it got really heavy full time.. Been to er 3x and have had no answers other than my hcg level was steady for a couple days now it is slowly rising. Not doubling though. I go to ob tomorrow for ultrasound to find any info out. I'm afraid to get my hopes up with the rise in hcg cause I have a horrible feeling of loss at this point. Any advice or anyone go thru this and go on to have a healthy pregnancy???
