Zika Virus

I know people are responding to my Zika virus question. However, I know the cases started somewhere else. However, If its passed by mosquito (blood) isn't it possible to pass it once here. I mean if the pregnant women has it and was bitten by a mosquito again here and that mosquito bites someone else, Doesn't that pass the virus! It is passed by blood...
