Natural Fertility helpers? What works? Advice please... TTC #1

I am TTC and have read about some different supplements... Primrose and green tea maybe? What works and what should I start out on? I just haven't used BC, I didn't realize there's all this other stuff out there to get us going... I need some input from people who have had success with them. Thanks a bunch! : )
