TTC and possible IB but negative on HPT

Hi Friends,
I am 33, trying to conceive since 3 months now and have a 42-45 days cycle.I had my last period on 6th May ..had almost regular intercourse from 16th May.
I didn't have my periods yet,feeling a bit dizzy,sharp pain on boobs sometimes.Had few drops of brownish bleeding on 16th June evening with very mild period like cramping on lower abdomen but it went away from next day.Can it be IB? I just took a HPT today morning and it came negative.I am not feeling any other symptoms at all except mild dizziness
Any idea ladies , I am very confused
