Depo provera
Okay I got my depo provera shot in February 18,2016 I was supposed to go back between May 5-22 I didn't go back and get my shot it's now June 17th a day before it's been a month I've been off my shot and I want to try to conceive does anybody have advice on what I should do ?? Btw I have no gotten a period just really really light spotting

It can take a while depending on how many shots you've had. When I say while I mean 2-3 mo. At most since you're already spotting. Until you get a full on flow you won't ovulate. Try cervix checking and practice with that until you've had at least a full on period.keep track of how your cervix feels when you get your flow you'll feel the difference when you ovulate. Checking is to get you familiar with what it feels like now.
