Has anyone experience pregnant symptoms 4DPO?

I have been having little flutters and growling noises in my tummy, lower back pain my breast are starting to feel heavy. My discharge is white creamy, my hands and feet been sweating like crazy. I also been feeling like I have carpal tunnel in my feet and hands? Oh yeah to mention I have been having a headache since unprotected sex. I haven't really been having a appetite and I'm bloated

4dpo is too early for pregnancy symptoms, implantation hasn't even occurred yet. Pregnancy symptoms are caused by the rise in hcg and hcg doesn't start rising until after implantation has occurred.
