I have used depo and the nexplanon contraceptives and im ready for baby # 2!!!

I was on the depo shot for about 3 years and I stopped using it for a year when it discolored my skin at the injection site then I went to my doctor and got on the nexplanon implant and I kept it for a year and discontinued the use of it. My cycle never came back, even though Ive been off of my nexplanon for 3 months now. My fiancee' and I aren't using any contraceptives and we are ready for baby # 2....do You think it's possible???
