Could I be pregnant again

April 23 I had wat I thought was my miscarriage. On may 22 I woke up to a bad pain an light bleeding I put a tampon thinking my period was coming but instead it stopped an the pain got worse. I was rushed to the hospital and told that I was in labor passing the baby. But my obgyn told me that the baby exited the wound on April 23 I'm confused. But on the 12 an 13th of this month I spotted lightly maybe 10 minutes each day only when I wiped took a preg test but it said negative. Can anybody give me advice please an thanks.
