We used preseed all the time, not just in my fertile week. We didn't bother with the applicators it comes with and found that the amount the package recommends is just messy and too much (for us). Good luck!

If you we the amount in the applicator it's a sloppy mess. If we use less, it seems like it needs to be reapplied mid session (total mood kill). It's better than nothing, but would prefer the regular stuff if we weren't TTC.

I used pre seed, maca roots, vitex, geritol, and 400mg folic acid, and using progesterone cream now tww, good luck
